Did you know?



There are more chickens than people in the world.
I have no proof to back that up, but I read it somewhere.
On the island of Kauai in Hawaii, there are so many
chickens running around that I swear, I thought they
should declare them the state bird!



Many people think that eating chicken is better than eating beef because it is less fat.
But did you know that chickens are treated in inhumane ways? They are raised in
cages in doors and they have their beaks taken off with hot wires. Even worse,
the government allows a very high rate of blood and urine to be left in the meat.
Yuck, no thanks!
