Personally, I'm an omnivore, who is interested in
health though spirituality and nutrition. So I will
provide eclectic information related to parts of the
whole person, body, mind and spirit. Right now
we are focusing on Raw diets, but I am not
personally exclusively raw. Only two of the
speakers on the Raw Sum mitt so far have been.
But impressively, one is aspiring to make the
Olympic team at age 40 and the other cured
himself of diabetes.
