12 best and worst produce for pesticides

If you'd like to keep pesticides and their residues off of your dinner plate, your best bet is a diet based on organic foods. For thoes who can't buy organic, here's a list of the 12 least contaminated types of produce published by the Environmental Working Group. The 12 cleanest conventionally-grown, non-organic produce, you can buy: Asparagus Avocados Bananas Broccoli Cauliflower Kiwi Mangos

Pineapples

Since the EWG reports that more than half of our total dietary risk from pesticides comes from just 12 foods, we all so offer the list of the twelve riskiest foods to have pesticides.
